Privacy laws must be inclusive and consider the diverse experiences of users, especially women. This includes recognizing and mitigating risks like online harassment, stalking, and the non-consensual sharing of intimate images. Current laws are making strides, but there’s still a long journey ahead in ensuring that women have the same degree of safety and privacy online as their male counterparts.
