Cristal is an educator and Director of Academic Innovation at a small community charter school. Cristal designs and implements individualized educational programming through student behavior support and crisis training for educators, data analysis, and grant coordination. She has completed 17 years teaching in early childhood classrooms, and is a 2013 Golden Apple Fellow and member of the Golden Apple Foundation. Cristal helps schools to effectively implement educational programming to meet the needs of their diverse learners through data driven decision making, collaboration, and innovation. |
