In her talk, Gunjan will explore how women in senior tech roles can balance ambition with authenticity while navigating the unique challenges of leadership in the tech industry. She’ll emphasize the importance of resilience and adaptability in times of uncertainty, such as during industry disruptions and AI transformations. Gunjan will also address how women leaders can overcome imposter syndrome, manage work-life balance, and stay true to themselves in high-pressure environments.
The event will kick off with a 30-minute keynote from Gunjan, followed by a Q&A session before the one-on-one networking begins.
