Women navigating a traditionally male-dominated technical sector too frequently feel invisible, frustrated, and undervalued in the workplace. This talk shines a light on common situations and behaviours that are a reality that many STEM women continue to face in their daily working lives. Recognising and acknowledging organisational behaviours opens the door for leaders to take action and embed sustainable change through valuing the skills of STEM women, including and empowering them resulting in positive impacts to the business.
