Session: Leading Through Change & Uncertainty
Raji Subramanian has been at the forefront of game-changing products across numerous industries. As Opendoor's Chief Technology Officer, she is leading the charge to modernize the entire real estate experience: digitizing every aspect of the consumer lifecycle and building the real estate e-commerce platform of the future. Over the past few years, the real estate industry has undergone a rapid transformation amidst two historic shifts in the housing market: a pandemic and a 40-year shock in rates. Through an uncertain economy and volatile housing market, Raji has led her team to continue building creative and innovative solutions that drive customer and business value.
In this session, Raji will share the three things she believes tech leaders should be doubling down during times of change and uncertainty: innovation, optionality, and adaptability. She’ll also highlight how she creates a positive and inclusive team culture, and how to put the practices and mechanics in place to institutionalize that culture at scale.
