Session: How to use A.I. and big data to serve Humanity
Our lives have become increasingly datafied.
Every day, we are giving away a multitude of data about who we are, how we behave, and what we think and believe in through connected devices and our online conversations.
We are not lacking data anymore to understand people.
Social listening tools and big data tools, have enabled us to access real-time dashboards to keep a pulse on what people are doing, saying, feeling.
However, can our individual and communal human experience be reduced to a collection of data points?
We need more than machine learning, A.I., and big data tools to reveal our human stories.
We need to remember and actually use our Human Intelligence.
