Session: Fostering learning, career development and belonging in a multigenerational workforce
Gen Z has ushered in a new era for the multigenerational workforce. As organizations contend with varying perspectives about work, communication and culture, it’s more important than ever for leaders to help foster unity among employees from different generations. From her decades of leadership at HP, Anneliese Olson will speak about how workers can find balance with their colleagues, while recognizing what they can learn from each other and empowering one another to find greater success throughout their careers. She’ll provide her own insights on the interesting workplace dynamics from a generational perspective and further emphasize the importance for all viewpoints at the table and how we can enable a workplace culture of inclusion and belonging.
