Mamta Suri Bio
Mamta Suri is a seasoned leader with 18+ years of demonstrated expertise and experience leading development of high quality software. She has diverse education and diverse work experiences. This gives her unique perspective that she has utilized to build products in different industries such as Technology, Medical Instruments, Marketing, Platform Security, Identity Management, Access Management.She is currently overseeing Time Tracking product which helps organizations increase worker productivity, reduce labor costs, and minimize compliance risks. She is responsible for ensuring delivery of features for over 2000 Time Tracking customers and 10,000,000+ end users. Prior to this she was responsible for all engineering aspects of the Workday Community representing 50 million workers and ~4 billion revenue. This included infrastructure, devops, customized components, targeted workflows, centralized authentication and authorizations among others. Furthermore, led the team to evangelize crucial integrations that has streamlined and automated various processes. The team also partnered with other engineering teams across Workday on various cross-team initiatives.
Mamta has navigated and led her teams innovatively to success and productivity. She is Diversity & Inclusion leader, mentor, and coach to young women. She constantly applies her lessons from parenthood to leadership and vice versa. She is passionate about diversity of thought and fostering collaboration. She also considers herself to be a lifelong learner and believes that we can learn from every person we meet.
