About the role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Executive SEA with a programming background to join our dynamic marketing team. The successful candidate will assist in managing and optimizing our search engine advertising campaigns, with a particular focus on automating manual processes using Google Ads scripting. This role offers the opportunity to develop into a more technical SEA manager position.
Role Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation, management, and optimization of SEA campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for campaign improvement.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop compelling ad copy and creative assets.
- Implement and manage tracking codes and scripts to measure campaign performance.
- Develop and maintain Google Ads scripts to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in search engine advertising and automation.
- Support the team in budget management and bid strategies to ensure cost-effective campaigns.
- Assist in A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign performance.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of search engine advertising principles and platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with implementing tracking codes and scripts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
Desirable:
- Experience with Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Certification in Google Ads or other relevant platforms.
- Experience with other programming languages or technical skills.
