You’ll be joining a growing team that supports best in class SaaS business applications, working with other integration and systems engineers to support scaling our business operations. We're looking for a team player that can both roll up their sleeves and roll with the punches.

What you'll do
  • Designing and building New Relic’s SaaS integration infrastructure.
  • Improving the operation and maintenance of our existing integration systems through iterative upgrades, streamlining, and adoption of standard methodology.
  • Supporting company-level initiatives for transforming New Relic business processes.
  • Providing integration expertise and solutions.

This role requires
  • Over 8 years of hands-on experience with the Boomi iPass platform, encompassing both cloud and on-premises deployments. Proficient in designing, building, deploying, and managing data integrations to meet diverse business needs.
  • Extensive experience in API management, Boomi Flow, Master Data Hub, technology connector, certificate installation, and event streaming within the Boomi environment.
  • Proven expertise in successfully migrating integration projects from Mulesoft to the Boomi platform. An added advantage includes a comprehensive understanding of Mulesoft Dataweave 2.x and Mule Version 4.x
  • Proven track record of developing solutions that seamlessly integrate across various enterprise SaaS systems, including Salesforce, Workday, Zuora, Billing Platform, NetSuite, Marketo, Anaplan, Coupa, Xactly, Snowflake and more.
  • Hands-on expertise working with JSON, REST, SOAP, OAuth protocols.
  • Deep understanding of API design standards, patterns, and best practices, particularly in RAML, REST, and SOAP.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting processes and proficient in crafting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports.
  • Comprehensive data management experience, including proficiency with SQL tools such as MySQL and Postgres, as well as familiarity with data warehouse systems.
  • Proficiency in modern SaaS DevOps and CI/CD tools and operating environments, with a preference for tools like Maven, Jenkins, GitHub, etc.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies for enterprise SDLC, covering service development, security, deployment, maintenance, operations, monitoring, and updates.
  • Certified Boomi Professional Developer, Architect, API Management, Administration and Flow
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, with a preference for familiarity with TOGAF.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a keen interest in comprehending genuine business requirements.
  • Ability to provide insightful perspectives on integration design patterns, concepts, alternatives, and best practices.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
