Job Summary
As a Commercial Territory Representative, you will be familiarised with the industry processes and developments. As a part of this role, you will be an integral part of NetApp's unique S3 Academy program.
The Sales, Support and Services (S3) Academy is a 2-year global development program that focuses on helping top talent reach their full potential by immersing participants in the software, systems and cloud technologies that are helping shape the world today and tomorrow.

Job Responsibilities
- Researching and identifying new business opportunities
- Creating and maintaining a report on the regional sales
- Explaining and promoting the company’s products and services to customers
- Helping customers find appropriate products and services as per their requirements
- Coordinating with the Sales team to meet sales targets
- Addressing any customer queries on the company's products and services
- Conducting and analysing surveys to understand customer requirements
- Attending and networking at various sales events and trade shows
- Monitoring competitor sales activities within your assigned territory
Job Requirements
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Logical thinking, good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel to different locations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- A team player and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of industry knowledge and latest developments is a plus
Education
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field
- Experience in the Sales department will be advantageous.
