As automation and artificial intelligence (AI) become more prevalent in design, the risk of perpetuating existing biases - including gender biases - increases. To combat this, developers and designers must ensure that datasets are diverse and representative, algorithms are transparent and fair, and there is continuous monitoring for biases. Addressing these issues is critical to creating AI systems that are truly inclusive.
