Despite growing awareness, mental health stigma is still prevalent in the tech industry, often deterring women from seeking the support they need. The fast-paced, high-pressure environment may also discourage employees from admitting they are struggling, for fear of being seen as weak or unfit for their roles. Combating this stigma requires a concerted effort from both leadership and employees to create an atmosphere where mental health is openly discussed and valued.
