The first three practices for mindfulness that I try to stick to are:

Daily Meditation - I try to set aside 10-15 minutes each morning for meditation. I am to find a quiet space, sit comfortably, and focus solely on my breath. This practice helps me clear my mind and set a calm tone for the day.

Mindful Breathing Breaks - During work, I take short breaks to practice mindful breathing. It does good not only to my eyes but also to my creativity.

Single-Tasking: Instead of multitasking, I practice single-tasking. I concentrate on one task at a time, giving it my full attention. I know if I juggle with too many tasks at a time, I will feel overwhelmed and this will eventually affect the quality of my work

I've tried to leave my phone aside one hour before I go to bed. Such a simple trick is making a great difference for my sleep quality. Also, being a mother of a toddler, I used to check the time he wakes up etc. Now I don't do that anymore and as an extra to my improved sleep, I also cherish the improved sleep of my toddler.
