Attitudes toward failure and risk-taking vary greatly across cultures. In cultures where failure is stigmatized, women may be less inclined to take the risks associated with starting a tech business. Cultures that view failure as a learning opportunity, however, encourage experimentation and resilience among female tech entrepreneurs.
