While inclusion audits have the potential to transform tech spaces for women, they are not without their challenges. Resistance from leadership, superficial compliance, and a lack of actionable follow-through can undermine their efficacy. For audits to truly make a difference, they must be backed by a genuine commitment to change at all organizational levels.
