Swarnali Mahmood is currently working as a Lecturer at the University of Barisal, Bangladesh. With a master's degree in soil, water and environment, and another in water resources development, she is interested in working towards the improvement of agricultural practices through identifying the soil- and water-related problems. Through teaching and research, she wants to excel in a leadership position in academia. |
