Born and raised in India, Anu Bharadwaj has experienced a unique path to Atlassian President, super-charged by her own unconventional tactics. Anu started her accomplished career at Microsoft, launching several products for Microsoft Visual Studio for over 10 years. Joining Atlassian in 2014 as the Head of Product for Jira, Anu has held a variety of roles at the company during her tenure, including Chief Operating Officer. Now serving as the highest-ranking woman at the collaboration software giant, she has earned the reputation of powerhouse executive with a track record of growing $500M+ businesses, building great teams and shipping blockbuster products.
