She earned a B.A. Marketing from Michigan State University, a M.B.A. from University of Detroit Mercy’s Executive MBA program, and a certificate in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School. Her expertise includes delivering an improved customer experience (CX), leading high-performing teams, creating disruptive business models to accelerate transformation, and developing the next generation of leaders.
Tomika is a published author of her non-fiction project, The Average Joe: An Extraordinary Father, which promotes the significance of the father-daughter relationship and the power of positivity.
