She has extensive experience in Program Management and Engineering, has built organizations and launched consumer products in complex technical world.She is very passionate about helping people accelerate their career goals, and develop effective communication skills, leadership presence, and strategic mindset to create fulfilling work lives that are in harmony with their values. She coaches and advises professionals by helping them find their strengths and amplify their voice to achieve meaningful professional impact. She shares her thoughts and advice via her podcast and LinkedIn profile.
