As the Founder and CEO of Bridgewell LLC, a leadership development and strategy execution firm in Southern California, Asia Bribiesca-Hedin applies her 20 year strategy background to help professionals make more effective, empowered decisions that help her clients make an impact at the highest levels.
Asia's love of learning fueled her rise from humble beginnings as a toddler immigrated from Cuba and raised by a hard-working single mom to an accomplished thought-partner who helps professionals lead themselves and others.
Asia started her career as a senior consultant with Ernst & Young, a global management consulting firm right out of business school and that started her journey to becoming a trusted advisor and partner to executives and professionals at ever level across a variety of industries.
Prior to founding her own company, she spent 9 years at a comprehensive cancer center in the Los Angeles area helping hospital and research leaders deliver on the enterprise's multi-year strategic plan.
Today, Asia brings her strategic lens to help clients gain the clarity, confidence, and certainty they need to contribute at the highest levels and successfully lead their careers, their teams, and their organizations even in the most uncertain environments.
