The Tech Touch Team goes beyond the direct interactions of our Portfolio Team. It instead focuses on large scale improvements to the customer journey. The team embraces Product Led Growth. It synthesizes data and information by aligning Linode's platform. Success in this mission will result in decreased customer churn and improved Net Dollar Retention

The Associate Customer Success Manager should have great attention to detail. This includes a dedication to providing the highest quality services and products to our customers. The role will need to be an effective change agent. It helps advocate for platform improvements. This is based on data-supported research that designs valuable intervention points .

As an Associate Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting research in the form of interviews and surveys with customers.
  • Curating our customer feedback intake board to accurately inform our Product Team about customer needs
  • Analyzing customer behavior patterns to discover and act upon insights that reinforce the success of our customers
  • Developing timely interventions that address customer goals, reduce churn
  • Helping the team champion the voice of our customers, and guide our platform to find long-term success

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of applicable product management experience
  • Have experience with or membership in Success Expert (CSE) Advancement Path
  • Have solid understanding of content delivery basics and general knowledge of internet technologies
  • Have demonstrated written and verbal communication, business acumen and exceptional presentation skills
