The Product Operations team: Your team!
Criteo innovates continuously to adapt and remains leader in a fast-paced AdTech industry, giving opportunities and challenges to accomplish for the Product team. With 120+ people in Product and 500+ in R&D, the Product Operations team’s goal is to ensure a constant alignment and enable everyone to plan and execute at their best.
The Product Operations team has 4 main responsibilities:
- Lead Product Strategic Planning: Support and Guide Senior Stakeholders from various Teams (incl. Product, Business, R&D, Go-to-Market, Finance), to develop Criteo’s Long Term Product Strategy and Product Roadmap inline with Company’s objectives and Financial Plans
- Act as Program Management Partners for each Solution: Structure workstreams and Drive end-to-end Governance for each of Criteo’s Solutions, acting as control tower for Criteo’s Head of Product & its Business counterpart, ensuring alignment and execution across Business Prioritization, Quarterly roadmap, Go-To-Market delivery – centralizing dependencies with all teams and tracking / mitigating risks.
- Drive Product Strategic Initiatives: Act as Program Manager for Strategic / Innovative Product projects – maximizing impacts and pace of delivery.
- Provide the best Framework and Methodologies for Product Teams to achieve their objectives
Your role in the team:
- Support the Senior Project and Program Managers to plan, execute, monitor, and close projects
- Extend Product Management best-practices to support the planning and delivery of new features
- Support the onboarding of Product newcomers
- Map existing processes, challenges, and plan solutions, especially in roadmap planning
- Support cross-team and transversal initiatives to increase collaboration
- Your project management skillset will allow you to operate continuously in project mode (scoping, planning, implementing, and monitoring your initiatives) while dealing with long-term missions
- Your agility and versatility allow you to deliver value through different types of missions including tooling, business audits, Product standard frameworks, and knowledge management
- Main tools you will use: PowerPoint, Excel, Confluence, Jira
Who You Are:
- You are a student pursuing master’s degree in business/management/engineering or equivalent studies
- The school can provide an Internship agreement for the whole duration maximum of 6-months
- Relationship oriented, great at collaborating with different types of stakeholders
- A great thinker/problem-solver/facilitator with good organization and communication skills
- A good writer able to explain complex topics in a simple way
- Open mindset and willingness to learn
- Proactive with motivation to propose and drive ideas & projects independent of your assigned tasks
- Experience working in Strategy Consulting or Product Development is a plus but not mandatory
- Fluent in English. French is a plus but not mandatory
