About the Role: 

 

You are a Continuous Improvement professional with a minimum of 6-8 years of experience in leading and implementing projects. You have led and managed Six Sigma projects to improve processes, reduce waste, and enhance product and service quality within the organization. You have a deep understanding of Six Sigma methodologies and the ability to apply them to a variety of complex problems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and achieve strategic business goals. 

 

Role Responsibilities:  

Lead and manage multiple Six Sigma projects from discovery through completion 

Conduct process mapping, data analysis, and statistical analysis to identify improvement opportunities 

Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality 

Train and mentor Green Belts and other team members in Six Sigma methodologies and tools 

Collaborate with local as well as global stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables 

Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on results to senior management 

Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization 

 

Experience, Skills & Qualifications: 

 

Bachelors or master degree in Engineering, Business, or a related fields (or a comparable degree program) 

Six Sigma Black Belt certification 

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills 

Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams 

 

What we would appreciate:  

 

Knowledge of Publishing domain (preferred, but not mandatory) 

Knowledge of Lean principles
