Job Summary
As an Enterprise Client Executive at NetApp, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships within a specific portfolio of existing enterprise accounts. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction through strategic farming and hunting activities.
This role will be hired in the New England Territory.
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate relationships and identify new business opportunities within named enterprise accounts.
- Schedule and attend sales call appointments, bringing in other NetApp team members as necessary to support the qualification and sales processes.
- Define customer-specific acceptance criteria for evaluation projects, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Employ a consultative approach to develop formal quotes, written sales proposals, and tailored sales presentations addressing specific business needs.
- Collaborate closely with a dedicated Sales Engineer to develop comprehensive solutions and support for your accounts.
- Maintain a high level of autonomy in day-to-day operations, with minimal supervision on routine activities but strategic guidance on new initiatives.
- Act as a subject matter expert within the sales team, positively influencing outcomes and potentially leading team-based projects.
Job Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in enterprise-level sales, specifically selling storage or cloud solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow relationships within a defined territory of named enterprise accounts.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and forecasts.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in sales forecasting and performance tracking.
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and technical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
- Previous experience working alongside Solutions Engineers or Architects to drive business and close deals.

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 312,210 - 381,590 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. The range is based on 'On Target Earnings’ (OTE) representing the total potential earnings, which is the sum of the base salary and potential commission earned when performance targets are achieved. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s). These offerings are subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
