About the role

As a User
Support Consultant, you will be the go-to expert for assisting users in the DACH region and subsidiaries. Your primary focus is to ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving user issues efficiently. You will engage with partners, clients, and colleagues via various channels, including our customer portal, email, and phone, ensuring each interaction is a positive experience.
What you'll do:
  • Provide top-notch customer support, addressing queries and explaining discrepancies from a user's perspective.
  • Manage and qualify support tickets through various platforms to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Coordinate and conduct customer appointments.
  • Engage in content discussions, offering in-depth understanding and solutions to customer issues.
  • Specialize in core Lucanet products while developing expertise in additional areas.
What you bring to the table
  • Solid understanding of business administration and basic accounting principles, with a readiness to further develop these skills.
  • Strong software affinity, ensuring ease of use with technical tools and platforms.
  • Proficiency in German (C1) and English (B2/C1), enabling effective communication with diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work solo while being a supportive team player.
  • Experience handling B2B effectively.
  • Organizational capabilities to handle multiple tasks, maintain high customer satisfaction, and achieve top performance metrics.
