Senior Infrastructure Administrator (all genders)

• Microsoft 365 Administration: Oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and other related applications
• Entra AD Administration: Oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of hybrid Entra Active Directory services, including user and group management, application integration, and directory synchronization
• Security and Compliance: Implement and manage security policies, compliance measures, and data protection strategies
• Network / Firewall / Virtualization: Design, implement and maintain our network and firewall infrastructure (Cisco, Sophos, FortiGate), virtualization infrastructure (VMware) 
• Technical Support: Provide advanced technical support on 3^rd level for infrastructure-related issues and collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex problems
• Project Management / Change Management: Spearhead infrastructure projects / Changes, including planning, execution, monitoring and collaborate with product teams, business stakeholders and external partners
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or another relevant apprenticeship with a focus on IT infrastructure.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with a focus on Microsoft, networking and security
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Entra AD services and administration, such as M365, Conditional Access, Enterprise Applications, SSO, Intune, Defender
• Strong understanding of security and compliance within Microsoft 365 and hybrid Entra AD
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks. Experience with infrastructure as code is a plus
• Experience in working with network and firewall technologies, preferably with Cisco Meraki and FortiGate
• Experience with project management and change management; ITIL knowledge is a plus
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good English skills round off your profile
