Partner with the best

As a Strategy & Operations Analyst you will coordinate business with technical teams across Akamai. You will be responsible for analysis and data management supporting functional organizations within the Cloud Technology group. You will work closely with major stakeholders within the Platform, Finance and Product organization.

As a Strategy & Operations Analyst II, you will be responsible for:

• Driving the development of key success metrics with stakeholders and analytics to establish standardized reporting and accountability,
• Utilizing technical aptitude and analytics tools for valuable recommendations on opportunities, risks or process adjustments.
• Providing operational and ad-hoc analytical support to streamline processes
• Identifying, documenting, and proposing processes to ensure effective demand and supply planning
• Driving reviews with functional owners and leadership teams to assess operational efficacy, organizational productivity
• Identifying opportunities for efficiency enhancements, ensuring seamless execution of demand and supply planning.

• Demonstrate excellent analytical skills, utilizing tools Anaplan, Tableau, SQL and Google Sheets
• Showcase your expertise in reviewing and improving business processes by using process maps
• Excel in communication, and presentation of information
• Exhibit leadership qualities in facilitating performance reviews, leading to actionable recommendations
• Have experience in collaboration with teams and leaders
