While customized tech training programs for women offer a direct approach to increasing their representation in STEM, they should not be viewed as a standalone solution. Their strength lies in their ability to address immediate skill gaps and confidence issues; however, to achieve lasting change, these programs must be part of a broader strategy that includes policy reforms, community building, and awareness campaigns aimed at dismantling the systemic barriers facing women in STEM.
