Remote work certainly serves as a catalyst for change in bridging the gender gap in tech by providing women with more opportunities to enter and thrive in the field. However, to effect lasting change, companies must also address the core cultural and structural barriers that deter women from pursuing long-term careers in tech. This includes tackling stereotypes, ensuring equitable pay, and creating supportive networks for women.
