In my experience, pursuing higher education in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) has been a well-established path for women to enter and advance in Data Science and AI careers. It allows them to gain the required technical knowledge and skills necessary in these fields. It also provides an easier path by removing barriers to entry into the field and allowing them to establish themselves and excel in Data Science and AI.
