While the effects of diversity and inclusion (D&I) efforts are not immediate, there is evidence to suggest a positive trend in closing the gender gap. Policies focused on mentorship programs, diversity training, and inclusive leadership have shown promise in leveling the playing field. Despite the slow pace, these initiatives are laying down the groundwork for future generations to experience a more equitable work environment.
