Started out as a Technical Project Manager in an ecommerce start up before moving into a Product Manager role. After that I moved to Softwire as a Delivery Lead and took on a number of public and private sector projects for them before using Softwire's existing materials to pursue my true passion, making tech more accessible for women and under represented groups. I created TechSwitch in 2019 and since then 77% of our learners have been women and 48% have been ethnic minorities. |
