She is a graduate of the MIT Sloan School of Management. Kate lives in Massachusetts with her husband and their three children, and is an active runner and skier.

Lakecia also serves as an independent director at IDEX Corporation and is involved in various boards and community initiatives.     Lakecia holds a bachelor’s in computer engineering from the University of South Florida and a master’s in electrical engineering from Georgia Tech.
