Julie Sweet is Accenture's current chairman and CEO, having been appointed in September 2019. Her career at the company began when she was named chief executive officer of North America - Accenture's largest market - before becoming chair two years later in 2021. Before that, Julie spent 10 successful years as a partner for Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP law firm. Additionally, her illustrious positions include holding membership on the World Economic Forum Board of Trustees and board chair of Catalyst. Julie has achieved distinction in her field, named to Fortune and Forbes' lists of the most influential women. To give back to society, she sits on multiple boards such as those for Strategic & International Studies and Marriott Foundation for People with Disabilities – Bridges from School to Work programs. Julie is an alumnus of Claremont McKenna College and Columbia Law School who continues to make a positive impact through her work.
