Bio
Rakshana Balakrishnan is a Product Manager with over 10 years of experience in designing and delivering technical cloud-based products from concept to launch. At AWS, she currently owns a portfolio of 18+ products that enable AWS customers to establish their foundational capabilities in the cloud. She leads the definition of product vision and narratives, customer research, product scope, multi-year roadmap, P&L, and success criteria metrics.
She is passionate about delivering 0-to-1 and 1-to-n customer-centric products that drive business value, with a specialized focus on Cloud Security, AI/ML, Operational Automation, and Cloud Financial Management areas. Her prior experience at PwC involved implementing custom AI/ML products for customers in the Pharmaceutical industry. Outside of work, Rakshana also dedicates her time for mentoring and volunteering activities to support women in tech initiatives.
