Male Ally, what does that mean? Well in this session I will share my experiences of becoming a true male ally not only within my organization but also to the tech community.Since I set up a podcast that interviews Women from around the globe, I have learned so much more about the tech industry and the challenges that are faced by Women globally. As this is just a country-specific thing, it affects every Women In Tech. It is important that male allies are actively promoting women throughout their organisation.
