Session: How to lead with purpose?
The talk starts with the leadership definition and its importance in the workplace followed by a discussion about the different types of leadership styles and their impact on team performance. Then, we explain what it means to lead with purpose and how it can benefit the organization followed by examples of leaders who have successfully led with purpose.A discussion about the importance of having a clear vision and how it can inspire and motivate the team will be also explained as well as the importance of the effective Communication followed by explaining the significance and method of building the required trust with the team as well as leading with example to inspire and motivate the team and be the successful leader that any organization wants.

Bio
Dr. Aida Elsabban is the Former Advisor for the State-Minister of Military Production for Electronics Industries and Energy with extensive leadership and proven experience for over than (31) years in this field.She was the first and only female to hold the Chairperson of the Board/CEO position in 2 of AOI (Arab Organization for Industrialization) entities consecutively. She was also a member in the Foreign Relations & African Affairs Committee in the Egyptian Syndicate of Engineers. Aida participated also in developing the country's strategy in Electronics industry field named "Egypt makes Electronics” and she was also a member of several boards of directors for different entities.
Dr. Aida is currently a visiting lecturer in the British University in Egypt as well as a board member in the Digital Economy and Technology General Division, Commercial Chambers Union. In addition, she is a member of the Green Economy Advisory Committee for the Council of Arab Economic Unity. She is also an active Technical Program Committee member in several technical international conferences and national-funded projects. She is the IEEE Egypt section Industry Ambassador.
Dr. Aida received several awards from different entities; where she was honored in the last one by receiving the 2023 Excellence Award Winner for Women in Engineering Leadership from the Federation Of African Engineering Organisations.
