In partnership with a global leading car manufacturer, Luxoft now opens new opportunities to develop modern in-vehicle connect mobility. Creation and customization of the modern and comprehensive Android system. This is a good opportunity to participate in the new in-vehicle infotainment (IVI) project for one of the biggest European car maker. This is a very fast growing project which require talented software developers and test engineers who likes challenges and new cutting edge technologies. Applicant will have the possibility to gain experience in development or integrating/testing of different functionalities. Candidate will be the part of the international team and have the opportunity to work with latest software technologies like Android Automotive OS.

Responsibilities

As an Android Framework Developer for Android IVI, you will be involved to collaborate and develop solutions for Application & Framework development on an embedded environment, which are robust and reusable.
•Develop Embedded Android services and components with AOSP middleware for IVI system
•Develop Java middleware services to support embedded Android applications
•Develop C++ middleware services to support embedded Android applications
•Design, document, integrate, and test APIs / SDKs that provide services for:
media, phone, navigation, speech-recognition, and mobile device connectivity
•Root cause defects and provide robust software solutions
•Participate in design, documentation, and unit testing to develop software components
