Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and discuss customer and OEMs requirements

2. Communicate with the customer and the OEMs, in case of unclear requirements and specifications to resolve such inconsistencies.

3. Write and review with the customer architecture and design documents for the system

4. Write a test plan consisting of
· System tests
· Smoke tests

5. When it is provided, validate the test plan to make sure requirements are covered.

6. Being a reference person for clarifications required by DXC Luxoft development teams involved in the same projects.

7. Act according to the automotive industry standards applicable to software development processes (e.g V-cycle, ASPICE).

8. Mentorship for newcomers

Skills

Must have:

MS in computer science, electric/electronic engineering, or mathematics

· At least 10 years-experience at several levels in the software development for the automotive industry, especially for
o Infotainment systems
o Clusters
o Telematic boxes

· Experience with AUTOSAR classic and Linux-based ECUs:
o Design and Architecture concepts.

· Experience with multiprocessors ECU HW architectures:
o Familiar with schematics reading;
o Familiar with inter-processor communication solutions.

· Familiar with the lifecycle concept for an Automotive ECUs and related implications.

· Automotive-specific standards, such as (at least one among):
o CAN,
o J1939,
o ISO-26262
o ISO-21434

Nice to have:

Experience with AUTOSAR Adaptive ECUs

· Knowledge of DaVinci and/or EB tool suite for code generation

· Knowledge of Vector tools: e.g. CANoe, CANAnalyzer

· Design patterns

· Design tools such as Enterprise Architect and/or Rapsody

· COVESA (formerly known as GENIVI)

· REST APIs / MQTT protocol

· Cybersecurity concepts, e.g.:

o MPKI

o X509 certificates
