What You Will Do:

  • Provide front-line application support to the Enterprise Commodity, Risk and Settlement clients in their day-to-day usage of Enbridge systems

  • Participate in the delivery of projects within the MRM Systems projects portfolio to ensure scope, approach, governance is setup to deliver the intended outcomes and are aligned to transformation Business and IT drivers.

  • Main communication point with identified business clients as required regarding MRM systems availability, functionality, and processes. o Provide analysis, support, and coordination to meet the needs of users across the enterprise to increase the efficiency of MRM Systems.
     

Who You Are:

  • Completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field, e.g., MBA, Computer Science, Business or equivalent.

  • 4 years minimum of dynamic experience in IT processes, business management, and/or project management.

  • This role will be supporting the Commodity Marketing, Risk Management and Settlement functions. Any practical experience in theories, principles, and operational practices in the areas of IT, Commodity Marketing and/or Risk Management is helpful.

  • Solid understanding of Openlink Endur/Findur would be preferred, but any application support experience in Allegro, Eka, Right Angle would be an asset.

  • Experience with information technology solutions, particularly with an oil and gas company.

  • Possess an understanding of existing and new technologies and their relevance to helping meet client’s requests for service.

  • Experience working with Technical IT resources in designing, developing, testing and implementing related solutions.

  • Effective interpersonal skills. The ability to explain technology concepts and issues in a manner that business partners understand.
