As an Analog Mixed-Signal Solutions Engineer, you will enable customer flows and deploy reliability analysis solutions for key customers. You will collaborate with R&D and field application engineering teams to define and drive the product direction by identifying designer needs and specifying tool capabilities for the next generation designs.  You will work closely with customers to solve complex technical challenges for full custom design designs and methodologies through the following activities:

  • Engagements: Support customers during the benchmark, suggest right flow solutions to analog and mixed signal customers
  • Leverage: Driving product improvements by providing customer input to Synopsys R&D and product groups.
  • Training : Participate in customer & field training , prepare flow collaterals for these training purposes.

 
The job will provide excellent opportunity to solidify technical expertise on analog simulation platform and also for soft skillset growth in customer relationship management.
 
Job Requirements:

  • Masters in EE/CS with 3+ years (or a Bachelors in EE/CS with 5+ years) of relevant experience as a Circuit Designer or CAD engineer is required
  • Knowledge of the SPICE simulation tools are required
  • Good understanding of Analog and mixed-signal design and analysis 
  • Strong scripting skills (TCL, Perl, Python) are required.
  • Knowledge of other reliability analysis like EMIR, ESD is plus.
  • Strong inter-personal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Passion for resolving engineering problems.
