We’re looking for aData Scientist with 2-4 years of experience in a top tier consultancy or in a high-tech company to join our global Strategy and Business Operations team and help envision our long-term growth plans.  

Your Role in Action

  • Build advanced predictive models and data pipelines for essential metrics to inform management decisions 
  • Conduct advanced data analysis and coordinate with other teams to gather insights 
  • Partner with department heads and other leaders in the business to complete advanced projects where data science contributes 
  • Master the data ecosystem in the company and provide insights on how to use it 
  • Inform our annual strategic planning process  

Your Skills

  • Hands-on experience in the practical application of statistical methods, including causal inference and predictive modeling  
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python (pandas/numpy/sklearn/statsmodels) 
  • Ability to distill actionable insights from varied and incomplete data 
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and drive projects to completion 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization 
  • 2-4 years of data science experience in a business setting 
  • At least BSc in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, computer science or econometrics  
  • Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, dbt is a plus 
  • Thrive on regular feedback and eager to learn

Compensation:

  • Compensation Relativity is committed to competitive, fair and equitable compensation practices
  • This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, annual performance bonus target of 10%, IP Tax Relief and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between 168,000 and 252,000 gross/year (Employment Contract). The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
