We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced L3 Verint Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Verint 15.2, including Workforce Management (WFM), Workforce Optimization (WFO), Speech Analytics, and Cypher Trust. This role involves maintaining and optimizing our Verint systems to ensure seamless operations and enhanced security.

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced L3 Verint Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Verint 15.2, including Workforce Management (WFM), Workforce Optimization (WFO), Speech Analytics, and Cypher Trust. This role involves maintaining and optimizing our Verint systems to ensure seamless operations and enhanced security.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Maintenance and Support: Provide L3 support for Verint 15.2 systems, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
• Workforce Management (WFM): Implement and manage WFM solutions to optimize workforce efficiency and productivity.
• Workforce Optimization (WFO): Enhance WFO processes to improve overall operational performance.
• Speech Analytics: Utilize speech analytics tools to analyze and improve customer interactions.
• Cypher Trust: Ensure the security of Verint systems by implementing and maintaining robust Cypher Trust measures.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Verint solutions with other systems and processes.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Verint systems, specifically version 15.2.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in WFM, WFO, Speech Analytics, and Cypher Trust.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in Verint, Cypher Trust, or related fields are a plus.
