What you'll do
  • Drive vision and strategy for the next set of innovations around frontend real user monitoring (RUM)
  • Be the SME for all things RUM, customer and partner needs, competitive trends and industry innovations 
  • Build cutting edge frontend monitoring solutions leveraging AI/ML, public cloud and security advancements, and be responsible for building, launching, and growing the products that you build 
  • Conduct customer research, pilots, and business impact analysis, and identify new business opportunities and customer requirements 
  • Work with executive leadership on RUM roadmap, strategic business updates and major changes 
  • Partner closely with design, engineering, marketing, support, and sales, and other product teams to deliver end to end value for our users 
  • Build a data advised roadmap, defining, analyzing, and reporting product metrics to meet your OKRs 
  • Challenge the status quo and drive outcomes
This role requires
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience building and shipping technical products as a Product Manager.
  • Ability to analyze data and use it to deliver delighting capabilities.
  • History of identifying customer requirements and shipping delighting products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bringing clarity and structure in ambiguity.
  • Experience in frontend development or observability
  • Experience with enterprise products.
  • Prior SaaS product experience with a developer persona

Bonus points if you have
  • Previous experience as a founder or early employee at a tech startup
  • Experience with observability products
  • Hands on frontend development experience
  • Prior SaaS product experience with a developer persona
