Job Summary
Provides onsite supervisory leadership for the Fixed Asset Management Team. This includes low-level people oversite, ticket queue management and reporting. This role also requires proficiency in Microsoft excel and the ability to put together and interpret ticketing metrics.
Job Requirements
- Supports engineering R&D activities such as asset management, inventory control, test, check-out, modification, fabrication and assembly of prototype systems, or specialized test equipment.
- Works from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, layouts or defined plans to perform testing, checkout and trouble-shooting functions. Performs operational test and fault isolation on systems and equipment.
- Assists in determining methods or actions to remedy malfunctions.
- Assists in the design, construction, test and check-out of test equipment. Maintains very detailed asset management standards to ensure Sox compliance to support legal and financial outlooks for the assets.
- Heavily involved with cost avoidance programs by maintaining existing equipment to ensure it’s always in good working order, maintaining and a detailed and accurate picture of where assets are located and their status and working with engineering partners to prioritize and support their business needs to avoid spending capex dollars.
- Must be able to independently lift 40 lbs and work onsite daily.
Education
- 3 years experience in asset management, hardware assembly or related roles.
- Experience in reporting and proficiency in excel
Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 72,900 - 102,520 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies. Benefits may vary by country and region, and further details will be provided as part of the recruitment process.
