Job Summary:

Our Marketing Technology Office is seeking a Generative AI and Machine Learning Architect to lead our AI initiatives. This role involves designing, developing, deploying, and managing our marketing technology stack, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and collaborating with various teams to deliver high-quality AI solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage AI/ML technology within our marketing stack, ensuring alignment with business goals, legal standards, and privacy requirements.
  • Lead AI/ML strategy, driving recommendations and implementation across marketing technologies.
  • Develop and maintain the AI/ML roadmap, and stay updated with industry trends.
  • Evaluate AI/ML application effectiveness and business value, and report on performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on AI/ML investments and participate in the Marketing AI Council.
  • Advocate for platform security, focusing on data privacy and AI/ML-related concerns.

Requirements:

  • 8 years minimum (combined) of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning experience
  • Expertise in AI/ML frameworks and programming languages like Python or R
  • Experience in AI/ML solution development and deployment
  • Strong knowledge of data engineering, modeling, and visualization
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science, Data Science, or related technical field; or equivalent experience in Information Systems, or other relevant technical discipline

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $127,350 - $178,970 and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
