Job Summary


The Executive Assistant will provide assistance to the VP in NetApp. In addition to general administrative work the Executive Assistants will be in charge of scheduling meetings, taking minutes during sessions, maintaining databases and producing reports or presentations for their executive leadership.
•    Acting as a point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues
•    Organizing meetings and booking meeting rooms
•    Handling correspondence directed to managers
•    Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries
•    Producing reports and presentations
•    Maintaining the current filing and database system, and looking for ways to improve current systems

Job Requirements

•    At least 10 + years if experience in a similar role
•    Supporting one or more upper management personnel for all administrative needs. Scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements.
•    Creating and developing visual presentations for senior executives; organizing and prioritizing a large volume of incoming calls.
•    Maintaining confidential and non-routine information and acting as project manager for special projects pertaining to executive staff.
•    Developing reports and composing, critiquing and editing correspondence, as well as interfacing effectively with all levels of personnel.

Education

Any graduation with relevant experience.
