The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated accounting/finance/tax professional ready to perform as a Transfer Pricing Operations Manager role in our CHQ tax department, reporting to the VP Tax – TP. The role will work on diverse projects such as: extraction and analysis of ledger data (perform and/or review), preparation of presentations, scenario modeling for planning purposes, rollout of inter-company agreements, coordinate the responses to tax authorities’ information requests, work on Advanced Pricing Agreements. The role will liaise with external advisors for provision of data, and review of their work products. The candidate will build relationship with tax and non-tax Kyndryl teams including Finance and Treasury and work in multi-function projects. The candidate will apply analytical skills to perform (or review) reconciliations between different data sources and will be expected to communicate them effectively.

The candidate will be expected to work from our office in Rye Brook, NY, 1 to 2 days a week.

Who You Are

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 years of experience in fields such as FP&A, accounting, audit, tax, working with multinational companies’ ERP ledger information, either from having worked in-house or as external advisor.

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, tax or related fields.

  • Good understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.

  • Advanced Excel (no VBA or macros required).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to perform in team settings.

  • Resilient attitude towards fact finding.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in accounting, finance, tax or related fields.

  • Familiarity with tax and transfer pricing principles.

  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA.

If you are hired, the anticipated compensation range for the position is $116,760 to $221,880 based on a full-time schedule.  Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience.  For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.
 

There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:                               

California:         $128,400          to         $266,040

Colorado:          $116,760          to         $221,880

New York City:   $140,040          to         $266,040

Washington:     $128,400          to         $243,960
 

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off.  Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
