Qualifications

PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Student Financials Technical Support role is responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting expertise for the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Student Financials modules within an educational institution. They serve as the primary point of contact for end-users, helping them resolve technical issues, maximize system utilization, and ensure smooth operations of the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions system.

  • Technical Issue Resolution: Investigating and resolving technical issues reported by end-users, including system errors, configuration problems, application bugs, and data integration issues. They utilize technical knowledge of the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions application and underlying technologies to diagnose problems and provide effective solutions.
  • End-User Support: Assisting end-users with their questions, concerns, and requests related to PeopleSoft Campus Solutions. They provide guidance on system usage, workflows, and best practices, ensuring end-users have a positive experience and can efficiently navigate the application.
  • Incident and Problem Management: Managing technical incidents and problems according to established frameworks and service level agreements. They use monitoring tools and techniques to identify potential issues, proactively address system health, and recommend optimizations to improve system performance and stability.
  • Documentation and Training: Creating and maintaining technical documentation, instructional materials, and knowledge base articles related to PeopleSoft Campus Solutions. They contribute to the development of user guides, troubleshooting guides, and training materials, providing end-users with self-help resources and assisting in training sessions as needed.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including functional users, system administrators, database administrators, developers, and external vendors, to resolve complex technical issues and enhance system functionality. They effectively communicate technical information and coordinate efforts to ensure seamless integration and troubleshooting processes.
